The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) is the apex body of private Real Estate developers representing 11940 Members spread across 23 State level Chapters and 203 City level Chapters in India.
CREDAI Calicut is an active City level Chapter. It is a network made up of companies that are long standing leaders in the building Industry in Calicut.
CREDAI Calicut Chapter was incepted with an intention to bring about a consortium of talents in the construction Industry in Calicut. Calicut Chapter is comprised of the leading builders and developers in this region.
The key focus will be on advocacy of sustainable development, with emphasis on building better quality construction, mechanization of building methods and improving existing development schemes for the betterment of our society at large.
Credai also aims to serve the interest of its members more effectively without necessarily infringing on the interests of the general public.
We stand committed to the development of integrated, well-planned, secure & stable housing, where no stone is left unturned to inculcate a spirit of commitment and community welfare.
Management
The affairs and management of the Association is managed by the Executive Committee, the members of which are elected at the Annual General Body meeting of the association.
The President, Secretary and Treasurer will hold terms of office for three years and are elected from among all members of the Association.
