The convening power of CREDAI is mobilised to hold 4-8 conclaves and conferences annually that are attended by 800-1000 decisions makers of real estate and that serve as a platform for deliberation of policy.
To facilitate synthesis of CSR and Sustainability initiatives of CREDAI Members across the country, CREDAI has set up CREDAI CSR FOUNDATION in May 18, 2015. The Foundation, supported initially through voluntary contributions of CREDAI’s registered members, has trained 1 lakh construction workers. It hopes to double that number over the next two years. CREDAI Cleam City Movement ensures zero solid waste from over 1.60 lakh apartments.
CREDAI Youth Wing nurtures the next generation of CREDAI leadership by inculcating a social and ethical commitment. They are encouraged to participate in CSR activities of CREDAI towards this end.
